Ingredients

Directions

  1. Place cooking pot over medium heat.
  2. Add 1/2 lb. candi sugar and water to cooking pot.
  3. Stir until candi sugar has been completely dissolved.
  4. Add remaining 1/2 lb. candi sugar to cooking pot.
  5. Stir until candi sugar has been completely dissolved.
  6. Remove from heat.
  7. Use immediately or allow to cool and store in an airtight container.
